THE BAD BITCH COLLECTIVE MASTERMIND AGREEMENT

(Service + Payment Terms)

This Agreement is made between:
Coach / Mentor: Demmi Cannon (“Coach”)
Client Name: Client signing/agreeing to payment of this container(“Client”)

1. PROGRAM DETAILS

The Client agrees to participate in The Bad Bitch Collective Mastermind, a six (6)-month high-touch business mentorship and energetic activation container, which may include:

• Weekly group coaching calls and/or trainings

• Access to private Telegram or community support thread

• Access to pre-recorded activations, modules, or materials

• Any bonuses or offerings specified at time of enrollment

All sessions, materials, and teachings are proprietary and exclusive to this program.

2. INVESTMENT & PAYMENT TERMS

Total Investment: $1111 AUD PER MONTH X 6 early bird 

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of the Client’s participation level, completion status, or changes in personal circumstances.

By signing this Agreement, the Client understands and agrees that:

• The total payment commitment is required in full, even if the Client chooses to withdraw early or discontinue participation.

• Missed, failed, or late payments will result in temporary suspension of access until payments are current.

• If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, access to all materials, coaching, and energetic support may be paused.

• You are responsible for any debt collection costs that are incurred due to the non-payment of program.

3. REFUND + CANCELLATION POLICY

All sales are final.
No refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to financial hardship, scheduling conflicts, or personal reasons.

Energetically and contractually, this is a sacred exchange — the Client’s full payment represents their commitment to the container, the energy, and their own transformation.

4. ENERGETIC ACCESS + BOUNDARIES

The Client understands that all energetic, coaching, and community access is conditional upon payments being up to date.

If payments lapse, all access — including calls, community, and energetic or intuitive support — will be withdrawn immediately until balance is cleared.

Once payments resume, full access is reinstated.

5. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

The Coach does not guarantee any specific outcomes, financial results, or timelines.
This container provides energetic, strategic, and emotional guidance — however, transformation depends on the Client’s participation, embodiment, and implementation.

The Client agrees to take full responsibility for their decisions, results, and energetic state throughout the program.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY + INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, processes, and teachings within the mastermind remain the sole intellectual property of Demmi Cannon.

The Client agrees not to record, distribute, reproduce, or share any materials, frameworks, or session content with others.
Confidentiality is mutual — all personal discussions shared within the container remain private and sacred.

7. ENERGETIC + PERSONAL CONDUCT

The Client agrees to participate with integrity, respect, and self-responsibility.
If conduct within the community is deemed harmful, disruptive, or misaligned, the Coach reserves the right to remove the Client from all spaces — without refund — to maintain the energetic safety of the group.

8. BINDING AGREEMENT

This Agreement is legally binding and enforceable under Australian law.
By signing up for this program both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined herein.
