This Agreement is made between:

Coach/Facilitator: Demmi Cannon
Client: Client paying/signing up for coaching

Collectively referred to as “the Parties.”

1. Program Overview

The Client is enrolling in the Soul Aligned Success (SAS) (“the Program”), a transformational mentorship and activation experience facilitated by the Coach. The Program may include live coaching sessions, channelling, work completed by coach on behalf of the cleint and resources delivered via [Zoom / Kajabi / Voxer / Telegram etc.].

2. Investment & Payment Terms

• The total investment for the Program is $2,900 AUD per month(or as otherwise agreed in writing).

• All payments are non-refundable, regardless of whether the Client completes or participates fully in the Program.

• Payment may be made in full or through an agreed-upon payment plan.

• In the case of a payment plan, the Client agrees to make all scheduled payments on time. Failure to do so may result in removal from the Program and/or restricted access to content until payment is made.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

By enrolling, the Client acknowledges that this is an energetic and financial commitment. All payments are final and non-refundable, as access to proprietary materials, teachings, and energetic transmission begins immediately upon enrollment.

4. Client Responsibility

The Client acknowledges that their results are dependent upon their personal participation, energy, and commitment. The Coach does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. The Client agrees to take full responsibility for their own well-being, decisions, and implementation throughout the Program.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared within the Program by the Coach or other participants is to remain strictly confidential. The Client agrees not to disclose, record, or share any content, teachings, or personal information of others outside the Program.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, activations, recordings, and written content provided within the Program are the sole intellectual property of the Coach. The Client is granted personal access for learning and implementation only and may not copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute any materials for commercial use.

7. No Substitute for Professional Advice

The Client understands that the Program is a coaching and energetic mentorship experience. It is not therapy, medical advice, psychological counselling, or financial advice. The Client is responsible for seeking professional guidance where appropriate.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Coach shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the Client’s participation in the Program. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Coach harmless from any and all liabilities related to participation.

9. Termination

The Coach reserves the right to remove any Client from the Program without refund if the Client’s behaviour is deemed harmful, disrespectful, or disruptive to the group environment.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Your State / Country]. Any disputes shall be resolved within that jurisdiction.

By making payment or signing below, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Service Agreement.
